\nDigitale toegankelijkheid is niet beperkt tot de toepassing van technische vereisten of de goedkeuring van internationale normen: het is de concrete uitdrukking van een ethisch en wettelijk principe dat het recht van elke persoon om actief deel te nemen aan de informatiemaatschappij beschermt.
