Making your site more accessible is not just a matter of legal obligations: it is a fundamental step towards offering an inclusive experience to everyone. With our services we help you identify and fix barriers, with reference to WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA, the technical standard cited by the main European regulations. We work with tools developed in-house and human auditors, and with every service you get access to the Suite Accessibi: audit, PDF remediation, widget and declaration of accessibility in a single dashboard.
Uncover your site’s weak points with an Accessibility Audit. We check the agreed scope (the basic audit covers up to 20 pages) against WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA, combining our scanning tools with manual verification by human auditors: automated tools, on their own, do not detect every barrier. At the end you receive a clear report with the issues found, the priorities and the recommended actions to fix them. The audit is a snapshot of the site as it stands on the date of the check and on the pages checked: later changes can introduce new barriers. Also available as an in-depth manual audit or a LIVE audit.

The declaration of accessibility is the document by which an organisation communicates the accessibility status of its site, the content that is not accessible and the channels for feedback. After the audit (and any fixes), our team drafts it on the basis of the findings, following the template of Decision (EU) 2018/1523 and the AgID Guidelines, with adaptation to other national templates on request. The declaration reflects the status verified on the date it is drafted; whether it is mandatory, and for whom, depends on the type of organisation, the service and the country. It can always be viewed and updated from the Suite Accessibi.
FIND OUT MORE FIND OUT MOREImprove the user experience right away with our Accessibility Widget. It is a practical tool that lets visitors adapt the page to their needs: increasing contrast, enlarging text, activating text-to-speech and more. It is a first step towards improving the experience of some of your visitors; it does not fix code or content and it does not replace an audit and remediation. From the Suite Accessibi you manage the widget’s configuration, customisation and statistics yourself. It has a one-off cost and, unlike many overlays, is designed not to interfere with screen readers and assistive technologies.

Make your digital documents more accessible. Our team works on PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files to PDF/UA and WCAG standards (structure, reading order, alternative text, assisted navigation) and checks the result with assistive technologies. The basic service includes 5 pages per document. You upload your documents and download the remediated versions directly from the Suite Accessibi.
FIND OUT MORE FIND OUT MOREOur solutions are designed to be integrated with ease and, where necessary, can include work on the code. Whether you have a simple site or an advanced platform, we always find the approach best suited to your needs.
Always up to date: the widget receives automatic updates. Your site’s accessibility, on the other hand, needs to be maintained over time with new checks after every significant change: we offer these as an optional service.
The Accessibi widget installs with a simple code snippet and works on the most widely used CMS and web platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Joomla and many others. On closed or heavily customised platforms we check the integration together.
Our system is designed to be simple, intuitive and compatible with the most widely used CMS and web platforms. Integration requires a targeted change to the code, without disrupting the existing structure, and lets you activate the widget as a starting point towards a more accessible site.
We assess the agreed scope (the basic audit covers up to 20 pages) with automated tools and manual verification by human auditors, against WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA.
Once the barriers have been identified, we implement — on request — the fixes to code and content, with the aim of reaching WCAG level AA within the audited scope while keeping changes to the site’s structure to a minimum.
Regulations and your site change over time: every new page or feature can introduce barriers. With our optional continuous scanning and new audit services, we flag the issues that have emerged so you can act on them. Maintaining accessibility is not automatic.
We won’t leave you on your own! Our team offers technical support and ongoing advice to make sure you and your team fully understand the importance of accessibility and how to maintain it over time.
We would rather tell you straight away, in plain terms:
Audits and remediation refer to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, level AA (cited in Europe by the EN 301 549 standard). Specific national frameworks are applied only where expressly agreed in writing.
The audit checks the agreed pages and features (the basic audit includes up to 20 pages). Anything outside the scope is not checked.
Automated tools detect only some of the barriers: that is why our audits include manual verification by human auditors.
The widget is a complementary tool for your visitors: it does not fix code or content and, on its own, does not make a site accessible or compliant.
Any later change to code, content or features can introduce new barriers. Maintaining accessibility requires new checks (optional service): it is not automatic.
Meeting WCAG is a technical requirement and does not, on its own, amount to meeting all your legal obligations, which depend on the country, the type of organisation, the sector and the service (for example Directive (EU) 2019/882 and its national transpositions, the rules for the public sector or, in the UK, the Equality Act 2010 and PSBAR 2018) and may include further requirements. We do not provide legal advice or certification.
We work to reach WCAG level AA within the audited scope. The outcome also depends on your platform, your content and the interventions you decide to carry out: we do not guarantee a legal outcome.
More details in our Terms and Conditions.
The widget installs in just a few minutes and requires no invasive changes to your site; if you wish, our team will take care of the integration. The widget, however, is only a complementary tool: it does not fix code or content. To work on your site’s accessibility we offer the audit (automated and manual checks against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, within the agreed scope), code remediation and the drafting of the declaration of accessibility.
Yes, the widget is compatible with the most widely used CMS and web platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Joomla and others). We check the integration on your platform and tell you about any technical limitations.
After the assessment carried out with the audit, our team can work directly on your site’s code to fix the issues found. We agree the work with you, carry it out within the agreed scope and tell you what is left to do on your platform or your content.
Our audits and remediation work refer to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, level AA, the technical standard cited by most regulations (in Europe via EN 301 549). Technical conformance with WCAG does not, on its own, amount to meeting all your legal obligations: these depend on the country, the type of organisation, the sector and the service (in the UK, for example, the Equality Act 2010 and, for public sector bodies, PSBAR 2018), and may include further requirements (such as declarations, feedback procedures, or national frameworks, which we apply only where expressly agreed). We do not provide legal advice and we do not guarantee a legal outcome: we help you identify and fix the barriers within the audited scope.
Yes. The widget improves some aspects of the user experience, but it does not fix code or content: structural barriers need to be resolved through an audit and remediation. What is more, every change to your site (new pages, content, features) can introduce new barriers: that is why we recommend periodic checks, available as an optional service (continuous scanning and new audits), and keeping the declaration of accessibility up to date.
The widget is designed to be lightweight. We measure the impact on your site’s performance after installation and, if necessary, we adjust the configuration.
Yes, our team provides ongoing assistance for the services you have purchased. If new needs arise or regulations change, we will propose the work needed: maintaining accessibility over time requires new checks and is not automatic.
