Making your site more accessible is not just a matter of legal obligations: it is a fundamental step toward offering an inclusive experience to everyone. With our services, we help you identify and fix barriers, with reference to WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA, the technical standard cited by the main European accessibility regulations and, in the United States, by the 2024 Department of Justice rule for state and local governments (WCAG 2.1 AA). We work with tools developed in-house and human auditors, and every service includes access to the Suite Accessibi: audits, PDF remediation, widget, and accessibility statement in a single dashboard.
Uncover your site’s issues with an Accessibility Audit. We test the agreed scope (the base audit covers up to 20 pages) against WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA, combining our scanning tools with manual testing by human auditors: automated tools, on their own, do not detect every barrier. At the end, you receive a clear report with the issues found, their priority, and the recommended actions to fix them. The audit is a snapshot of your site as of the testing date and on the pages tested: later changes can introduce new barriers. Also available as an in-depth manual audit or a LIVE audit.

The accessibility statement is the document through which an organization communicates the accessibility status of its site, the content that is not accessible, and the channels for reporting problems. After the audit (and any fixes), our team drafts it on the basis of the results found, following the template in Decision (EU) 2018/1523, with adaptation to national templates on request. The statement reflects the status verified as of the drafting date; whether it is mandatory, and for whom, depends on the type of organization, the service, and the country. It is always available to view and update in the Suite Accessibi.
LEARN MORE LEARN MOREImprove the user experience right away with our Accessibility Widget. It is a practical tool that lets visitors adapt the page to their needs: increase contrast, enlarge text, activate text-to-speech, and more. It is a first step toward improving the experience for some of your visitors; it does not fix your code or your content and does not replace an audit and remediation. From the Suite Accessibi you manage the widget’s configuration, customization, and statistics on your own. It comes at a one-time cost and, unlike many overlays, is designed not to interfere with screen readers and assistive technologies.

Make your digital documents more accessible. Our team remediates PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files according to PDF/UA and WCAG standards (structure, reading order, alt text, assistive navigation) and verifies the result with assistive technologies. The base service includes 5 pages per document. You upload your documents and download the remediated versions directly from the Suite Accessibi.
LEARN MORE LEARN MOREOur solutions are designed to be integrated with ease and, when needed, can include code-level work. Whether you have a simple site or an advanced platform, we always find the approach that best fits your needs.
The widget receives automatic updates. Your site’s accessibility, on the other hand, must be maintained over time with new testing after every significant change: we offer this as an optional service.
The Accessibi widget installs with a simple code snippet and works on the most widely used CMS and web platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Joomla, and many others. On closed or heavily customized platforms, we check the integration together.
Our system is designed to be simple, intuitive, and compatible with the most widely used CMS and web platforms. Integration requires a targeted change to the code, without disrupting the existing structure, and enables the widget as a starting point toward a more accessible site.
We evaluate the agreed scope (the base audit covers up to 20 pages) with automated tools and manual testing by human auditors, following WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA.
Once the barriers are identified, we implement — on request — fixes to your code and content, with the goal of reaching WCAG level AA within the audited scope while keeping changes to your site’s structure to a minimum.
Regulations and your site change over time: every new page or feature can introduce barriers. With our optional continuous scanning and new audit services, we flag the issues that emerge so you can act on them. Maintaining accessibility is not automatic.
We don’t leave you on your own! Our team offers technical support and ongoing consulting to make sure you and your team fully understand the importance of accessibility and how to maintain it over time.
We’d rather tell you up front, in plain terms:
Audits and remediation are based on WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, level AA (cited in Europe by the EN 301 549 standard). Specific national standards are applied only if expressly agreed in writing.
The audit tests the pages and features agreed upon (the base audit includes up to 20 pages). Anything outside the scope is not tested.
Automated tools detect only some of the barriers: that is why our audits include manual testing by human auditors.
The widget is a complementary tool for your visitors: it does not fix code or content and, on its own, does not make a site accessible or compliant.
Any later change to code, content, or features can introduce new barriers. Maintaining accessibility requires new testing (optional service): it is not automatic.
Meeting WCAG is a technical requirement and does not, by itself, mean you meet every legal obligation. Those depend on the country, the type of organization, the sector, and the service (for example the ADA and Section 508 in the United States, or Directive (EU) 2019/882, its national transpositions, and the public-sector rules in Europe) and may include additional requirements. We do not provide legal advice or certifications.
We work to reach WCAG level AA within the audited scope. The result also depends on your platform, your content, and the fixes you decide to implement: we do not guarantee any legal outcome.
More details in our Terms and conditions.
The widget installs in minutes and requires no invasive changes to your site; if you wish, our team will take care of the integration. The widget, however, is only a complementary tool: it does not fix your code or your content. To work on your site’s accessibility, we offer an audit (automated and manual testing based on WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, within the agreed scope), code remediation, and the drafting of your accessibility statement.
Yes, the widget is compatible with the most widely used CMS and web platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, and others). We check the integration on your platform and tell you about any technical limitations.
After the evaluation carried out with the audit, our team can work directly on your site’s code to fix the issues found. We agree the work with you, carry it out within the defined scope, and tell you what remains to be done on your platform or in your content.
Our audits and remediation are based on WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, level AA, the technical standard cited by most accessibility regulations (in Europe through the EN 301 549 standard). Technical conformance with WCAG does not, by itself, mean you meet every legal obligation: those depend on the country, the type of organization, the sector, and the service (in the United States, for example, under the ADA or Section 508), and may include additional requirements (such as accessibility statements, feedback procedures, or national standards, which we apply only if expressly agreed). We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee any legal outcome: we help you identify and fix barriers within the audited scope.
Yes. The widget improves some aspects of the user experience, but it does not fix your code or your content: structural barriers must be resolved through an audit and remediation. In addition, every change to your site (new pages, content, or features) can introduce new barriers. That is why we recommend periodic checks, available as an optional service (continuous scanning and new audits), along with updating your accessibility statement.
The widget is designed to be lightweight. We measure the impact on your site’s performance after installation and, if necessary, we adjust the configuration.
Yes, our team provides ongoing support for the services you purchase. If new needs arise or regulations change, we will propose the necessary work: maintaining accessibility over time requires new testing and is not automatic.
